When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed quickly (many in-stock items are handled within 12 hours) and ship from our warehouses within a few business days. Transit typically takes 10–22 business days depending on location.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you still haven’t received your order 35 business days after ordering, contact us and we will issue a full refund you may keep the item if it eventually arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders rapidly, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or change. After that window the order may already be processed or shipped.
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items products must be unused, with tags and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. (If shipment is to the EU, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal also applies.)
How are refunds handled and how long do they take?
Once we receive and inspect your return we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method you should see the refund within 10 business days after approval (bank processing times may vary). If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact support
I received a damaged or faulty item, what now?
Please email us with your order number, a description, and photos or a video of the issue. You typically will not need to return the product; we’ll issue a refund or store credit (store credit is the default, but tell us if you prefer a different refund method).
I entered the wrong shipping address can you fix it?
Check with us immediately. Address changes are possible only if the order hasn’t been processed yet. We aren’t responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout; if a package is returned, we’ll offer a refund minus shipping fees or a paid re-shipment option.
